ASK FOR OUR SCHEDULE
Answers importers ask for first.
Anything missing? Send it with your RFQ and we answer in the quote.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes - sample-first is the default. We ship powder, film and ink samples matched to your printer and fabric, and record the batch reference so bulk cartons repeat the approved sample.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the family: powder from 100 kg, film from 20 rolls, ink from 20 kg. Mixed cartons across families are supported for first trial orders.
Do you support OEM / private label packing?
Yes. Neutral packing, private label bags, branded roll cores and carton printing are available; artwork requirements are confirmed at quote stage.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list with carton weight and CBM, HS-code references, plus SDS/MSDS and test reports where the product requires them. Final import classification should be confirmed with your broker.
What if a batch behaves differently from my sample?
Every order carries a batch reference. Report the issue with photos and test conditions; verified mismatches are covered by replacement in the next shipment.
