Match film width to your printer's printable width
Your film must be at least as wide as the printable area of your printer. If the film is narrower than the print swath, the design gets clipped or ink lands on the platen and smears; if it is much wider than the print area, you are paying for film that never receives ink. That is why suppliers ask for your printer model before recommending a roll width — the printer's printable width is the deciding variable, not the film itself.
Entry-level and desktop DTF printers print in narrower widths, so the machine's size sets the ceiling on the jobs you can run before you even buy film (Images Magazine covers why entry-level DTF printer size matters). 30cm, 33cm and 60cm: what each width is for

30cm for desktop and entry-level
A 30cm roll is the standard companion for desktop DTF printers that print up to A3. The film is narrow enough to load and handle easily, and the per-carton format suits buyers who order smaller quantities while they validate a setup.
33cm for A3+ mid-format
If your printer's printable width sits just above the A3 dimension, a 30cm roll will be too narrow. The 33cm width covers A3+ machines and compact roll printers that need that extra few centimetres of web.
60cm for 24-inch production
The 60cm roll is the production width for 24-inch (60cm-class) printers. Wider film lets operators gang more designs across the web and reduces how often the machine stops for a roll change, which matters most when a shop runs long, continuous batches.
Single side vs double side is a separate decision

These figures are packing references from the current SKU record, not a promise of a fixed commercial MOQ — rolls per carton is a packing quantity. The HS reference is 3920620000, and final customs classification stays the importer's or broker's responsibility.
